This past week several spots have appeared on my genitals, I haven’t had sex in around 2 months and don’t know what this could be and I’m really scared

Looks like genital warts. Best to see a doc rather than self-diagnosis.

Did you get a diagnosis ? Its definitely not genital warts - these are flat, macular discoid changes
