Hi I got an injection last Thursday and had dosage of azithromycin for 3 days day and night 2 tablets each time and the dosage ended on Saturday morning . Today is Monday and I still see milky discharge at the tip of my penis in the morning and still have diarrhea now , is this normal or should I be worried ?
