What are these sores?

For the last 2 years I have been suffering with horrendous outbreaks of sores - these looks more like areas of erosion never any blisters and intense out of this world itching. These come and go very frequently. I go through having symptoms every other week for a period of 4 months then I’ll have nothing then it’ll all start weekly again. It tends to be triggered by intercourse. I have had 6 swab tests for herpes at the time of an outbreak - ALL ARE NEGATIVE. after a year of having symptoms I had an IGG test for HSV 1 and HSV 2 and both were negative (HSV1 0.1 and HSV2 0.5). Is there any chance it could still be herpes?

I have recently had a vulvar biopsy which has ruled out the likes of lichen sclerosis, lichen planus, bechets, psoriasis ect ect ect.
