That happens when the irons stick has been saturated instead of peed on. The line is usually there and extremely faint. Did you check within the amount of time stated?
I'm 95% sure it's negative. Do another one and follow the instructions carefully. The ones in the pound store are pretty much the ones used at Gp's, maybe grab a couple. Good luck
