Kissing can't pass an std but if you had chlamydia and are sexually active he too should be seen and tested

It is very unlikely that your boyfriend contracted Chlamydia in the mouth, although it is possible to have a Chlamydia throat infection from other sexual activities. The only way to know for sure is to get tested. You can follow up with your healthcare provider. Most providers recommend screening all partners when one tests positive for an infection.
