I had a massive heart attack and 4 cardiac arrests on 13th October. Whilst in critical care I lost quite a bit of weight which the doctors said is normal, however, when I left hospital I continued to lose a pound each day for quite a bit. Although it has slowed down I am still losing weight. Yes I am exercising every other day, but I was fit prior and worked in a physical job. So far I have lost 2 stone, I am eating healthy and plenty.

Are you now underweight now????
Not underweight but thin, but according to the NHS BMI I’m overweight and need to lose more! But I’m defo not overweight. I’m 5’8” with a 30” waist and 12 stone 7lb. I used to be 14 stone 8lb and nicely built. According to their archaic calculations I should be 8 stone 10. If I were that thin I’d be seriously ill.
So as your not trying to lose weight soon you'll be at a point of it going too far. I suppose you've tried overeating

How are you Eiain? Have you spoken to the doctor about the continued weight loss more recently? perhaps they keep a food diary and see if there is a link to certain foods that you may have become intolerant to?
