Perhaps consider researching and seeking out a physician who would be more to your liking. Are you familiar with studies that show there are programs for reversing heart disease that do just that? If you are willing to make drastic lifestyle changes, and I do mean drastic, there is well documented evidence that his program is successful. Most people are simply not capable of the drastic lifestyle changes. It's worth taking a look at. Be well

I hate angiograms and angioplasty. Always makes me over anxious and really unwell. Yes I get it totally.

Good luck finding a new doc

You are not alone...but still proactive in lifestyle that can help change and mentally make you feel better.I also have MS, which conflicted in finding any heart disease or anyone looking at anything but my illness. At least consider going every 6 months to regular doc to follow you.WOW do I understand this one....so ill go to chat...I each day wake up...with this same issue...dont want to give up on life, want to be around for my grands etc.want to live a life without fear...of unknown...sheesh.Docs, they just dont get the entire part but most will say as mine did...Im a "practicing" physician. Jackie remember Im PRACTICING ON YOU....opened my eyes a bit.Mom said...one day they will all look as young as your son,,,,how true is that.
