Is Telecare Fit for Purpose ?! Is the Government?

If you are single, solo having had another MI, with local A&E closed, with most GPs p/t, who is there to rouse you or know you are like that. This is as even Telecare systems are running on franchised out call centres following procedures such as button alarms where need to be alerted? There is nobody ethical in charge to resolve so often rip off blaming or send most elderly into......?!

Like 111 non medical/social call handlers, often not proficient with language & procedures agreed on , will call Ambulances out willy nilly as directed by the don't want any risk Insurance Companies ?

When this is a Health & possible a life & death Issue isn't this a problem the decentralised Government should be taking up ASAP?
