I'm 20 and worried like hell about this😭 I've suffered with my chest for ages even get it in arm etc😭 Had test after test x

Hi Shannon, If as you say you have had many tests I'm sure if there was something to find, they would have. I have had a heart attack, and one way I try to calm myself, if I feel a random pain , is to think would I be worried if the pain was on my right side. So far so good. Strained or pulled muscles can be very painful , maybe that's what you're feeling. Try not to think about it too much, stress can do strange things.

You have nothing to fear young man you have had tests and they were negative ,so don't threat your still growing ,the only time to worry is if you get constant tingling in the arms and a tingling sensation in the cheast

go with how you feel, if it feels 'not right' then hold your ground, not all heart problems are todo with blockages. Just because they cannot find the issue today they may tomorrow.

5 years ago l was in your position and some one gave me similar advice. I have endocardial hypoperfusion damage and Microvascular disease. I was having the start of an heart attack every 2 to 3 months, no interventualist tests could ever have found these.

have you seen a clinical cardiologist rather than a interventualist cardiologist.
