Sarcoidosis of lymph nodes

I have sarcoidosis of lymph nodes in neck region.that nodes does not pain . They only grow .i had sarcoidosis when I 12 years old . I also had operation at age 13 year then I know I have sarcoidosis .otherwise I do more tests between 1 year but doctors could not understand because my all medical tests results are positive and fit . When operation is done then they understand that is sarcoidosis. But I still nothink taking treatment

I have sarcoidosis but that is different kind this sarcoidosis nodes grows in neck region and this kind of sarcoidosis are not painfull.
