It worked for me, so I'll try to tell you all about it again.

My GP had tried to help me with my awful RLS problem, but to no avail. I bought all sorts of products mentioned on the internet, including two different machines which massaged your feet/legs and were supposed to alleviate RLS. Nothing worked, and I'd wasted a lot of money. I had just about given up when I was told about 'vitalCALM'. The answer to my prayers ! I have never had RLS since. I don't know if it works for everyone, but the only thing that keeps ME awake at night nowadays is my kitten.

I did see this. I am pleased that it worked for you. What medications had you previously tried out of interest?

hmmm......do you post on FB, too, on the US RLS Foundation page, by any chance, Mistoffel. just curious. :) Now you can say that you tried this product, and it was a good treatment for you. We cannot call it a cure, because we do not understand the eitiology of RLS, and until we know the cause, we cannot cure anything. BUT, we can ceratinly share products that have worked for US, as a suggestion to others, so they can "trial and error " it. I HAVE tried this product, like all the others, and it did not work for me. Over the years, because I have support groups for RLS elsewhere, all these people on the internet who are advertising cures for money, have sent me free samples of everything. If it is an RLS product out there or machine or leg wrap, I and lots in my groups have tried them. I am sorry you wasted all that money, because those people do not care about us, they care about our wallets. :)

No. I don't do Facebook. You're right that I shouldn't call it a cure. but perhaps for a different reason than that which you suggest. If it was a cure then I could stop taking vitalCALM and the RLS would go away and never recur. However, I continue to take the capsules every day. I have not dared stopping them to see what happens. Therefore I can only say that, in my case, the product keeps the RLS at bay. This is the only support group I have mentioned this treatment to. In fact it was my first ever attempt to blog !

YOu are really pushing this, Mistoffel. Well, you are the RLS "scammer's" best friend. Wish I could have gotten hold of you before you wasted all that money. :)

Sorry nightdancer (what a nice name), but I don't know what you mean when you say that I am 'pushing this', or that I am the RLS 'scammers' best friend. I'm out of my depth with the terminolgy used on this type of site (I'm 67). A friend of mine said that I should let others know about what had helped me, and it was the first time that I had ever 'blogged'. I didn't realise that you have to keep signing back in to see if people have written to you, and if you need to reply. Forgive my ignorance.

Yet another example of dashing hopes, even after success. Sad, really. RLS can go away permanently, and it does. Just because something has an official name, does not mean it's life long, at all. I don't think any money has been wasted here, but someone has been helped. Please keep the negativity at bay, we are all getting tired of it.
