Anyone suffering with RLS and Plantar... - Restless Legs Syn...
Anyone suffering with RLS and Plantar Fasciitis...?......Just wondered if there was a common connection??
Can you give a bit more Info please x I don't know what it is !
I suffer from both but do not think their is a connection
no known connection, 2 different entities altogether. Plantar Fasciitis is an actual physical problem with the tissue in your foot. It is no way neurological, which RLS is. Google it, for those of you that do not know.
I suffered from it badly in the past but now I have insoles which have sorted out the problem (thank goodness) so I've been pain free for about 2 years so I don't think the two conditions are related because I still have RLS. However, if I haven't worn my insoles for a few hours and walked round the house, my RLS gets much worse. It may be that wearing them changes the alignment of my legs and hips and that affects my circulation or something!
Hi, I've always had RLS. About three years ago I worked at a place which meant I walked about 4 miles a day. Then I was forced to move my workplace leading to much less walking per day. Shortly after starting I developed plantar fasciitis whic took about a year to go away. Although I have recently heard that other colleagues suffered from the same condition and "the flooring there" was blamed, I do wonder if there is a connection now you mention it... I see/feel a connection. Both have that sensation of something not being stretch into place..
