As a man well on in my 70's it is not surprising that I should have an enlarged prostate and be constantly diligent regarding the nearest toilet! I am now well on my way to giving up pramipexole and am taking pregabalin and am delighted that that particular man problem has decreased significantly. Due to reduced pramipexole or to taking gabapentin I cannot say. Have any other men noticed the same change?
