I recently weaned off Ropinirole, now on Pregabalin, finding i am wide awake and full of energy in night, no chance of sleeping until 8 in the morning for about 1-2 hours then wake up with burning feet and pain and stiffness everywhere

In day i feel shaky and tired yawn a lot and my head falls on chest all the time, unable to sleep in day, when lying down

I have built up slowly to maximum dose doctor prescribed 150 mg

Depends on how long you have been off the Ropinerol. You could still be suffering withdrawals. DAWS.Also, the strength of the dose you were on will have an effect.

Withdrawals last at least 3 weeks from the last dose of Ropinirole. And pregabalin takes at least 3 weeks to become effective. So it's still very early days. Things take at least a month or two to settle.

Sleep whenever and wherever you can for the next few months. Sleep 'hygiene' doesn't work when you have severe RLS and when you are going through withdrawal.
