Any information on Ramelteon would be appreciated here. Is it the same thing as melatonin?

Ramelteon (Rozerem) is a sedative that mimics the effect of melatonin.
While melatonin is known to make RLS symptoms worse in many - but not all (this may be in part linked to size of dose) - there have not as yet been similar reports here on ramelteon. However one forum member who tried it found it made them very nauseous.
