Off pramipexole but...

For 30+ years since a serious lumbar injury ive been on pregabalin and pramipexole. With life-changing wisdom from this site taken seriously by my GP, ive gone from 100mg pregabalin and .27mg pramipexole to 200mg and zero over the course of 10 weeks. My RLS has subsided dramatically, but my bedtime 16/1000 cocodamol dose now has to be supplemented with another dose 4 hours later because i'm woken by lumbar pain that tossing and turning doesn't reduce. Often the only real antidote is going for a 20 min walk in my pyjamas at 2am. A bit weird. Any wisdom from others gratefully received.

You are still suffering from withdrawal from pramipexole. It will get better.
