I have been on Zepbound for 6 weeks. My rls symptoms have been increased in the evenings. I am on 5 mg methadone at 8 pm, 11 pm, and 2 am. I find myself in the tub again on some evenings to reduce rls. It is still manageable and I need the extra weight off because of degerative disc disease. I plan to work my way through this to reach my goal weight. It shoukdn't be too long, then work to keep my weight balanced without gpl1.

I have a friend who has RL who is on Wegovy

with her her restless legs is bad the first 72 hours after injection then settles for the next 4 days until time for the next dose

but this is just one case and one persons experience.

She tops up with codeine at night to help her thru

Not made my RLS any worse so you might be similar. I use medication for my RLS so might be why I’ve not noticed.

Thank you! I'm still undecided. I just know I couldn't cope if my legs got even worse.

I have medication for my legs too...an opioid. They are severe ( legs) but controlled with my med.
