I am currently taking Pregabalin 150mg at around 6/7 pm.My problem is that my symptoms start early in the aftertoon at around 3-4pm. Sometimes as early as noon. Stress also triggers it badly at any time.

So, will increasing my dose in the evening help or should I take 150mg twice a day?

I am fne in the morning. So, I am aldo not sure if I can take one tablet at noon or 2pm and one before bedtime at 9pm or does it have to be 12 hours apart?

If you are not in the UK, request Horizant which works 24 hours. Otherwise take one 1 to 2 hours before your symptoms start. They do not need to be 12 hours apart.
