Can anyone tell me about this new drug, apparently approved last year for RLS?

There have been a number of posts on it. Put it in the search - or look at the side bar on this page. But most important is that it isn't available in the UK and not even in all states in the US,

Thanks. I may have been misinformed. I was advised that it was now available.

It is only available in certain US states. In addition, many insurance companies will not pay for the device. I filed an appeal with BCBS and was not successful. The out of pocket price is $7,500.

I got the device and luckily my insurance paid for it. It is a great device and helps my rls. I highly recommend it.
