Are either Furosemide or Bumetanide known to exacerbate RLS?

Both will cause low potassium which will make RLS worse. You need a potassium sparing diuretic like Amiloride (Midamor), Eplerenone (Inspra) Spironolactone (Aldactone, Carospir) Triamterene (Dyrenium)
