Can anyone refer a Dr for rls in fort myers florida?

My mom is currently with me in the usa and her rls started acting up really bad. Can anyone refer a Dr in fort myers florida? She was getting blood transfusions once a month and because she hasn't had any while hear it started getting bad again. Any recommendations for me pls?

I get my Suboxone (Buprenorphine) from Dr Julio Conrado in Ft Myers. But, he was hesitant until I persuaded him articles and publications (Mayo Clinic RLS protocol and Dr. Berkowski's articles). Suboxone stops my RLS after augmentation from 17 years of Pramaprexol. I tried many other drugs for over a year from Dr. Conrado, but Suboxone worked.
