My Daily Digest seems to have stopped working and have had no posts for a couple of days. Is there a problem with the news feed?

I am not aware of any problems with members not receiving daily email notifications if they have signed up to receive them.

I suggest you get in contact with HU direct if the problem persists for you.

Same for me - emails have stopped. I look into my settings.

Just made some enquiries and apparently HU are aware that there is a widespread problem and their technical team are working on it.

No harm in emailing HU should you wish to do so though. [e-mail]

Just received the following message from HU saying that the team have identified an issue with the email outbox and are currently working on diagnosing and fixing the issue.

What we know so far is that the daily digests are failing to be sent. We understand how impactful this is to our members, and our team is working hard to resolve these problems as quickly as possible, doing everything we can to ensure minimal impact.

We will let you know once we have any further updates.
