I see that Corolla1 was due to see the Director there this month. They may see this tag and respond, or you could try using the Chat function...
Sorry I am just seeing this. So I have myself convinced that what I am experiencing isn’t RLS now, which some of you also echoed when I detailed my symptoms. I think what I am feeling may be internal tremors. I basically feel them when I am not moving through day, but worse in the evening. So I actually ended up canceling that original appt and making an appt with a movement disorders specialist. However what is interesting is is when I stopped taking my iron supplement leg vibrations worsened!!! So now I am back to be confused as to what is going on. I see the neuro on 7/8 so we will see what he says.
Might be a combo of RLS and tremors? Glad the iron helps one or both. Welcome to the Ironmen Club. You’re our 35th member. Xx
This might also be the reason it is helping your tremors. It helped this member’s daughter with her dystonia:

About four weeks ago I read on here a post about gentle iron. After a really bad session of RLS I thought it was worth a try. I also went on a link to an article about the anemic brain. I bought some and waited for my legs to start . Sure enough that night they started, just as a film was getting interesting. I took a iron tablet and about 30 minutes later watched the rest of the film. I have since taken one tablet every night and have not suffered RLS. Just to satisfy any doubt I have since knocked the iron off and RLS returned the next day. So back on the iron now. The other amazing fact is my daughter has dystonia and also tried the iron , after learning about the anemic brain theory . She is so much better and has now come off her prescription drugs. I can't thank this site enough, and thank you to all the people who take the time to share there information.
Internal tremors which I have can't be seen nor felt by anyone else so if someone put their hand on your leg they wouldn't feel a thing but you would.
Yes they are very unsettling and hard to describe to Drs. My PCP thinks it’s all related to anxiety. Sue does gabepetin help with the internal tremors at all?
Internal tremors can sometimes be related to anxiety but it is certainly not all related to anxiety - I have none. It is not caused by gabapentin.
