Ropinirole can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure when you first start it and when you increase the dose, so it wouldn't be surprising if a reduction in dose also affects blood pressure.
Do mention it to your GP.
as Joolsg mentioned ropinirole, at least for me reduced blood pressure. I second advice given to contact GP.
Are you taking another med as a substitute? Gsbapentinoids can lower BP as well
