Well the acupunture doesn't seem to be helping at this stage, have stopped it and trying reflexology and Low level laser therapy. The GP put me on 20mg Norspan patch from 15....it didn't seem to change the effect on my legs at the higher dose but it made me quite nauseated and sweaty and tired on higher dose so they have taken me back to 15mg patch. So where I'm at .....15mg Norspan patch that keeps my leg at a level that I don't want to jump off the bridge, so frightened that this is it and I have to keep waking up to this life.......and trying the above two things to see if they help.

Another one to try is dipyridamole. It's a blood thinner. You might want to discuss this with your doctor. It has helped some people on this forum and another forum I am on and has completely eliminated RLS in some. In the winter 2022 edition of Night Walkers, the publication of RLS.org there is an article by Sergi Ferre about dipyridamole discussing the effectiveness of it in a 2 week double blind placebo controlled study showing it completely ameliorated all symptoms. The study was by Dr. Garcia Borreguero movementdisorders.onlinelib... sciencedirect.com/science/a... movementdisorders.onlinelib...

I'm already on a blood thinner for my AF, might ask if I can try this one instead, might cover both.
