A pattern forming 🧐

So I had to stop the codeine as awful headaches every time I took it , the last two nights I’ve hardly had any rls, maybe the iron working ?? I checked my diary and it’s the exact same date last month that I had 7 days almost free of it ,then it came back really bad again , it’s got to be hormonal for me ? I will see how long this lasts with relatively no rls at night 🤷🏼‍♀️What could be going up or down for a week each month causing severe rls , almost 10 hours a night to nearly none the last 2 nights 🤔very strange .. anyone experienced similar ?

Certainly fits a possible pattern of hormonal cycle. Can you tie it in to your own life?

Are you still having your period? Are you pre-menopausal? Are you going through menopause? Are you taking anything for it? Although none of this makes any sense since all of those would cause your RLS to get worse for 7 days or if taking anything for menopause would cause it to get worse all the time. Very strange although great you at least have relief for 7 days. That's a shame about the codeine.

I believe I’ve been in the menopause a couple of years , I’m on HRT as mentioned before on here asking could that be a trigger , I’ve been feeling great on it , not had a period for over two years .before that it was hit and miss for a few years . surely the hrt levels me out hormone wise ? Strange , I will see if this break lasts 7 days again…
