Peripheral vasodilators?

Diprydamole has been discussed here and Sue sent me a list of BP meds that are okay for us with the anecdote that in one instance anyway tadalifil, also a peripheral vasodilator, cured RLS. That would have not been as interesting to me if so many of us are helped with hot baths to relieve our movements at least for a while. Peripheral vasodilators do what the hot bath does. I have wondered while I sat in the hot bath what this was doing for me and why haven't doctors looked into this...
