What antidepressant agravates rls

I've been put on Fluoxetine for anxiety but I'm wondering if it is making my rls worse. Is there another one would be better.

All SSRI, SNRI and tricyclical anti depressants worsen RLS.In the UK, they have stopped production of Bupropion, so the only safe option is now trazodone.

For anxiety, rather than depression, a benzodiazepene might be bettef for you and they do not worsen RLS.

Alternatively, a small dose of pregabalin or gabapentin can have a sedating, anti anxiety effect and they're both used to treat RLS.

Trazodone is safe as Joolsg said. It also treats anxiety and insomnia.

Is your RLS under control with your codeine?

It is under control with codeine if I get a flare up but dont like taking it. It now can effect my arms as well as legs. Thank you for the advice, maybe will ask doctor for small dose of Pregabalin instead of Fluoxetine or Trazodone, will see what he says.
