Recently diagnosed with Covid, doctor prescribed the above to help with sinus pressure. Should it or azithromycin make RL to kick back up? Thanks

levocetirizin can make RLS worse for some. Safe antihistamines are claritin, zyrtec and allegra all of which are OTC. A safe prescription one is clarinex. Azithromycin shouldn't make RLS worse but 2 people said it did.

That one is fine. It is just another name for claritin.
