He is my new favourite RLS expert. His website is excellent. He refuses to prescribe dopaminergic drugs because he's seen the permanent damage they cause.

He's brilliant. I'm so glad you have such an excellent doctor. I absolutely believe these drugs cause permanent damage. Here in the UK, they are still first line treatment and there are no knowledgeable doctors like, Dr Berkowski and Buchfuhrer.I failed every drug after years & years on Ropinirole. Thankfully, Buprenorphine has worked.

Thankyou for sharing this. I was taken off my massive dosage of Pramiprexole 'cold turkey' and it was agony. I cannot say I have recovered even 2 years later. This video is excellent at describing the mental anguish it caused
