This has raised £250 plus Gift Aid to help support RLS UK so far: let's help Debbie to absolutely smash her £500 initial target - walking 500 miles is a huge thing! I'm sure that most of us couldn't conceive of making such an effort, but any amount that we can donate helps make it worthwhile!

Debbie is walking approximately 15 miles a day for about a month for RLS-UK and she deserves our support by donating to the link. Every little helps. We need funds to help with research.

So please dig deep folks. :)

Debbie has added an update to her fundraising page for RLS-UK. Please check it out and donate what you can on her @giveasyoulive page. She is walking 500 miles and hopes to raise £500 for RLS-UK.

A message from Debbie: "Its been a bit tough these last few days with blisters, a plethora of mosquito bites and some tedious aches and pains. I felt like giving up yesterday but thanks to some wonderful help and encouragement from two Camino angels - Jan and Mary - I am still going to plod on. "

Debbie Abrams has nearly finished her month of walking for RLS-UK. Please show your support if you are able. She is finding it a bit tough at the moment (see above). I know she would welcome any words of encouragement. Wouldn't you, if you had taken on a walk lasting over one month for charity and covering over 500 miles, regardless of how bad and relentless your RL symptoms and lack of sleep have been? 💪💪👍👏👏
