Curious if anyone has had results with Hypnosis?

I tried hypnosis at two different points in time but it made no difference whatsoever.

Not hypnosis but I do use subliminal audio at night that has been created for rls. There are a few different recordings available. I get mine on YouTube music. They all help me get more sleep 😴.

Same here. Hypnosis did not help.

I use meditation and deep breathing, it seems to help me get through an episode. I doubt that hypnosis can help,a neurological disorder. It would be like using hypnosis to cure tinnitus or Tourette’s.
