This leg compression device is very helpful to me. It was a big investment but for me, an excellent one.

Nice! I found this article that explains compression boots a little better and offers additional buying choices. It is aimed at runners, but the principle of compression could to be a benefit to RLS patients... "For starters, the boots enhance blood flow and circulation. According to a study published in the Journal of Applied Physiology in 2018, intermittent compression applied during recovery from exercise resulted in increased limb blood flow."
