Can anyone tell me if my period will come back i came off 60ml straight havent used heroin in 2years will i get my period back please im freaking out im only 26

I'm assuming that this is a question about Methadone withdrawal and resumption of periods?

If so, the pharmacist who wrote the answer to this question in the link below writes: "There haven't been many studies evaluating the effects of methadone discontinuation on the menstrual cycle but it is theorized that your cycle should return to its normal state after a few months." Others may have more direct info for you.

Opiods can interfere with the menstrual cycle so please see your GP and ask for a referral to a gynaecologist who will check all your hormone levels.
