Hi,i have never found any supplements/foods that help my RLS . I am simply posting this as 9 members in various RLS support groups have reported a big improvement in their symptoms so thought it was worth a mention. To confirm i haven't tried it and have no financial interest .

I get it now & again - I use balneum cream -it wont be for everyone but it works for me

Did people on these other forums find that it reduced restless legs, or improved insomnia/sleep quality, or both?

I hope it works for you. I took it for a month and so no improvement. But, then, my body is off at the cellular level. It helps a lot of people including my granddaughter

thanks for sharing this. I prefer to stick to prescribed stuff but anecdotally it does seem that some people get benefit when people like me are sceptical
