I’m really excited to check this out. Thank you for sharing!! I didn’t understand your time stamp comment until I opened the article, but that’s a very nice feature the author included.

I just found in Facebook a supplement called Legs Be Still and I was caught up how the person that created suffering from RLS I decided to try and bought a bottle and unbelievable started working since the first time and is not expensive and the ingredients are known, no side effects either I still don’t believe that works, so if anyone wants to try you can Google with the name and also read the history behind the supplement very interesting

Nice that it works. The daily supplement has a hefty dose of Ferrous Bisglycinate (65mg). So, it could be that you are iron deficient for some reason. You should get a complete iron blood test especially important to measure Ferritin. Iron supplements were a game changer for me. The cream has magnesium a common supplement in "magnesium oil" lotions.

Of course it worked from the first night - it has 65mg of ferrous bisglycinate and I personally approve of the other vitamins in it as well. The bisglycinate works for MANY of us on here and most of the 72 reviewers of the product I see. It sounds like the company is about a year old though it’s hard to be positive. It wouldn’t shock me if the founder got the idea from reading about people’s success on here. They also have a type of leg cream which some on here have gotten some amount of relief from.

Well Chiby, if you’re like the rest of us who use the bisglycinate it will continue to work for you….forever 🙌💫🌹

EDIT: A better treatment would be if your doctor allows you to come off the mirtazapine. Then I imagine your predisposition to RLS would go silent and you won’t need the iron.

I didn’t find much history but that the founder had RLS himself and he got his life back using the vitamins in his product. The most interesting part I found was that they recommend taking it one hour before bed on an empty stomach. Where have I heard that suggestion before? 🤔. There’s at least a dozen ferrous bisglycinate products out there. None that are marketed for RLS or that recommend taking it one hour before bed. The founder is a member on here I have a feeling. Royalties to the Foundation?

Not sure how he gets all this into one easy to swallow pill, but if he has, I’m in!!!

what I would have to take from my cupboard to match what is in Legs Be Still single pill

I believe that “Legs Be Still” is no longer in existence.

Wonderful easy to follow guide to get you to sleep.
