The main triggers for me are -

Chocolate , sweet things and mist of all , Alcohol!!

I am on Ropinerole sr 2mgs , but really wore on the reports of Augmentation- initially started on 0.5 mgs , then over the last 4 years it being gradually increased up to my present dose . In a recent post , a lady said about feet feeling on fire , I don’t know if this is related to RLS or due to my previous chemotherapy which did cause peripheral neuropathy. Have tried soaking feet in cold water which only provides very temporary relief- but having feet on a hot wheat bag works a treat !!- strange when feet feel on fire , yet heat gives a lot of relief .

Best wishes to all fellow RLS sufferers x

Since you have been gradually having to increase your dose, you may be augmenting since that is one of the signs. Have you thought about coming off it and going on gabapentin? Have you had your ferritin checked?
