Sounds as though this may be a reference to something by Dr Mark Buchfuhrer, but if so I'm not sure what the recent post was..Here's an older post of his:

Just as an FYI, Dr. Buchfuhrer is a pulmonologist, not a neurologist; nonetheless, he is highly regarded as an RLS specialist around the world and much beloved in these pages.
