Hospital consultant going to decide whether to switch back from Pregabalin to Gabapentin to see if it helps with the pain ,currently o 300mg of Pregabalin and 150mg Tramadol at night so last night cut out 150 mg of Pregabalin had restless legs during night which I can cope with and felt better this morning could do things better and not so sore looks like it could be the Pregabalin is to blame for my chronic pain will go back on the Gabapentin and see what happens will keep updated .
God Bless you all .

You are lucky since you don't want to reduce either pregabalin or gabapentin by so much or you will get withdrawal symptoms. But it is great that that seemed to help. 900 mg gabapentin would be equal to the 150 mg of pregabalin. Good luck.
Normally you should reduce pregabalin much more slowly. By 25mg every 3 or 4 days to avoid withdrawal symptoms of anxiety, depression and restlessness. However, if the pain has already reduced it would seem pregabalin may well be the culprit.
I hope it goes well and that gabapentin helps the RLS without causing pain.
it is muscle pain really bad all over , 2 nights now cut pregabalin dose in half and what a difference feel better going to see consultant on 23 see if I can go back on Gabapentin and check for Parkinsons .
