BUT, I've had food poisoning and missed three doses - Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I've woken up this morning feeling like I've been hit over the head with a sledgehammer. I thought it would be fine to resume taking it at my normal time tonight (Monday) but a quick search and NHS says if you haven't taken it for more than 2 days then speak to GP on how to resume.
So I've filled out the ridiculous e-Consult form only to find that the target for getting back to me is Tuesday, which is probably pretty good in most places but I can't wait until then. Various other websites suggest it's not good to miss that many doses.
I know you're not doctors, but many here have far more experience. Should I take the next dose now, this morning or resume at my normal time tonight? I have to drive in about an hour and a half.

I would suggest you start at a lower dose. If need be cut the tablet in 2 or even 4 and then the next day increase it until you are back to your regular dose, but I am not a doctor nor do I have experience with this. I don't see any reason to wait until night.
Thank you Sue, I bit the bullet and took a tablet this morning. In hindsight I should have cut it in half and had half then and half tonight or something.
The good news is that I will get a call from my GP today.
