MMT not good for me

I quit methadone after two years on it. I will be abstinent 2 years on July19th. I was on 80mgs when I quit cold turkey because I was done living in a drug induced haze all the time. All that weight you gain that they tell you is because you are now healthy, that’s a lie. I had a week of feeling like hell. I do wish that I had some sort

Of aftercare because the mental aspect of detoxing was way worse than the physical part . I was very angry for a long time for many different reasons but mostly for the two years I wasted on that drug. I wish that I had simply went to detox somewhere instead of using MMT.
