About to start the patch any info from people using it ,how to use it and keep it on ,any input would be great ,can you still take Tramadol for a couple of weeks as back up before on its own ,fingers crossed . God Bless You All.

Please don't start it. You augmented on Pramipexole so you will quickly augment on the patch. You'll just prolong the agony.Much better to try pregabalin,gabapentin or a low dose opioid.

Nothing good down that road! Joolsg is right!
Its made me gamble and behave oddly. I have appointment today to come off. Sadly it worked for RLS not PLM though. Im on 2mg patch and 1.2g gabapentin.
