Ferritin is normally the one of most interest for RLS and that doesn't appear to be listed. I'm not a doctor so no idea what most of it means.

Don't you have a doctor? Ask your doctor who prescribed these tests for you to interpret the results to let you know what they mean and what you need to do to bring the ones out of range, if any, back into range. That's why they have the degrees and why they make the big bucks...lol.

I live in the UK and was told all is good by the nurse. Super healthy and fit. And got another prescription of Pramipexole 0.88 mg. No referral to a neurologist either. Will just battle on, I suppose!

Your nurse may not know much about RLS. You say your ferritin is 75. This is quite good and 'normal' for most people but you may need it to be higher to have any effect on RLS. This is because in RLS it is the iron levels in the brain tend to be low and your measure will only be measuring blood levels. Ferritin should be at least 100 and ideally over 200. You probably need to be taking iron to increase this. Some people need an iron infusion to do this.

Thanks for your help. I have just ordered some iron supplements and will take with added vitamin C in the morning. Yes, the nurse knows nothing about RLS. Very true indeed😔

Hi Moonwalker, as long as you're gonna add iron, take a look at my profile page for the way I take it, as well as some others on here. Good luck with the iron!
