Can you tell us the dose you're taking and where you are?It will be very difficult but many of us have managed it.

Having a helpful, knowledgeable doctor will help enormously as they can prescribe the opioids you will probably need to get through the withdrawal.

Reduce by ,125 mg each time. When you get down to 3 weeks from being done, start gabapentin at 300 mg as it takes several weeks to work although they won't work until you are off Mirapex for several weeks so don't bother increasing the dose before then. Take it 1-2 hours before bedtime.

I am currently in the process. I have started taking Gabapentin while decreasing the Mirapex. I am down to .125 mg of it and hope to me totally off soon !
