Would be interested in others experience with tolerance to gabapentin

I was on 1400 mg gabapentin for 58 days which completely eliminated my restless legs, but then had to increase it to 1500 mg because of restless legs. I have now been on this for 45 days and last night had restless legs. I take it 300 mg at 5:15, 600 mg at 7:15 and 600 mg at 9:15. If I continue to have restless legs I will have to increase it again. Side note - I was on pregabalin 225 mg for a few days because I started playing ice hockey again at night when it looked like the pandemic was easing and my schedule of gabapentin was difficult to keep but I stopped because of the delta variant and I started having restless legs on that dose and didn't want to increase it by 25 mg so went back to gabapentin which worked at 1500 mg.
