It's unusual to not get restless legs in your legs.
The reason it's called restless legs is because it usually starts in your legs.
You can get it in the torso, it's not confined to the legs, but for it to be RLS it really needs to have started there.
Restlessness, (medical term - akathisia) can occur in other conditions too.
I wonder if your symptoms are due to spinal problems.
If it really is just RLS then the treatment will be the same as if you only got symptoms in your legs. I think you are already taking appropriate meds.
Perhaps you could also look into iron therapy, a known treatment for RLS.
see this link
Google restless abdomen, there is an article from NIH describing this and although not nearly as common as the legs they described it a a phenotype of rls. Treatment was the same.
I so appreciate it but I am haveing an impossible time finding the article. Do you happen to have a link to send me. I would so love to read it and have it for my drs.
