I have been on LO for about 5 weeks now...it may not work for everyone-actually i discovered it's effect on RLS as a sideline ,i originally took it as dementia preventative which as i said before kills 1 in 3 people i am told. I noticed that it knocked out most of the RLS except if i ate late in the day and especially sweet things. I take product called lithium balance by Good Health Naturally.''' from switzerland. The label is very confusing but all you need to know is each tablet contains 5 mg of elementry lithium 1 per day but can be increased if not working. The Orotate is a carrier only. Let me know how you go...that,s how we learn. All the best from oz.

Try 5 mg ...increase if no effect .I wouldn't go past 15....but you may be ok if you do ...get advise ,a good pharmacist would have an answer. 5 mg stops my rls as long as i dont eat late or take anything sweet late.
