Lower back pain
Check out " piriformis syndrome".Plenty of stretches on Google and YouTube.
It will go with treatment, but should not be ignored ( as if. !!!!🙄😝)
And don't spare the ibuprofen or naproxen- anti inflammatory meds.
Sounds like sciatica or pain from a trapped or impinged nerve in the lower spine. There’s lots of good standard advice but I’d suggest staying away from anything strenuous for a few days to allow it to settle. Keep moving if at all possible with very gentle stretching and use painkillers to help but don’t overdo it. Most back pain goes with careful management.
I find rubbing in Voltarol Gel eases it a little. Available off the shelf in most Supermarkets, I buy the stronger 2.32%
I also suffer from it.My Gp prescribed Tramadol 50 mg 2x daily, but I only use it when I am really sore.I also go to a chiropractor where I lie on a bed for 20mins and have non static traction. This gently pulls and then releases. It allows the herniated discs to move back between the vertebrae, and in so doing releases the trapped Sciatic nerve.Has helped me a lot
