Didn't take tramadol for long , didn't really work for me ,but they are very addictive so be careful , as for parapexamol ,sorry not sure how to spell it , I went through hell ,after a miracle to start with ,I had augmentation so came off them , the withdrawal symptoms were hell ,so be very careful not to go on to,too high a dosage , I am still not in a great place really,I now take 300mg of pregabalin it takes the edge off a little,I am lucky I don't work ,as about 5oclock it always seems to get better and I sleep untill 11 so I get 6 hours ,it's not ideal but there we go ,I find stretching helps me a lot , I have suffered with my back ,and had a cartlige operation 18months ago ,hope I've helped a little best of luck ,I know it's bloody hell ,but keep your chin up as worrying about it can make it worse

I agree. I was given Tramadol for a back problem. That was a year before it was put on the opiod list. Took it 5 years and realized I was addicted. Took myself off over a two week period. Worse time ever but I am FREE. Now am very careful.
