Feel the heat on my feet

Continuously uncomfortable feet, feeling the heat on my soles of feet. I weak up nearly every night for hours. Sometimes I get up for work with 3 hrs sleep😌. I have realised that if I eat something, the heat goes away , so maybe acid in my stomach causes this?

info on the internet, so others have that. if a medical cause, it could be diabetes. and if your blood sugar is low at night, eating something could help.

This doesn't sound at all like RLS.

It does sound like either a circulatory problem or a neuropathy.

Since it's causing such sleep disturbance you need to see a doctor.

Hi, I sympathise as I suffer with burning soles (itching too) that can keep me awake at night. I have been diagnosed by neurologist with ‘mild neuropathy’. I haven’t linked it to stomach acid myself and don’t have diabetes issues myself. The burning comes and goes and is hard to fathom a trigger. At its worst I used to wrap an ice pack in a tea towel, put it between my feet and managed to get off to sleep in that way! Good luck with finding a way forward.
